Description

Areas of Service that will be available:
Nurses Station:
- Replace missing cabinet door with best match possible.
- Install cabinet door replacement
Resident Kitchen:
- Remove oven wall cabinet – and Move beverage fridge to where oven was
- Demo/remove lower cabinets where ice/water was
- 1 set 12” base cabinet drawers install under water/ice machine– move base cabinet below wall oven to below water/ice machine
- Donate 2 Dish Drying racks on wheels
- Two new residential Fridges
- Donate Shelving for dish drying above dish washer
- Install shelving
Landscaping:
- Manual labor hours
- Drought resistant/native plant donations
- Irrigation supplies
- Paint for handrails
- Painting handrails manpower
- Bark/mulch
- Irrigation investigation
- Irrigation controller
- Possible grass roundup
- Possible equipment needed (mini excavator, etc)
HVAC:
- HVAC split units tune up - 34 PTAC units and 27 mini-splits
Building Areas:
- Replace outside handrail
- Baby Proof magnet locks
Cabinetry:
- 36” base sink cabinet
- 24” base cabinet of drawers
Donations for volunteers:
- Case of water
- Case of water
- Bagels or muffins for breakfast
- Pizzas for lunch
- Pizzas for lunch
